One sets desulfurization device processing gas quantity from minimum 1000 m3 / h to 65000 m3 / h, the H2S in gas removaled by wet desulphurization system. after desulfurization treatment, the minimum H2S in gas can reach stable below 10 mg/Nm3, sulfur can be recycled, after burning gas, the concentration of SO2 in exhaust gas completely meet the requirements of the national environmental protection emission standard.
 Application Scope:
It is applicable to the purification and desulfurization (H2S) of producer coal gas and town coal gas.
Characteristic:
The cleanliness of coal gas can be adjusted in accordance with the actual requirements, it can also steady control the content of H2S in coal gas.
Comparing with the dry desulfurization process, it needs lower running cost and avoids any increase of production costs because of poor desulfurization effect after desulfurizer regeneration and the adsorption of sulfur etc.. 
Comparing with other wet desulfurization process, it has the advantages of stable and safety operation as well as with more than 97% of high desulfurization rate and H2S contents in coal gas can be reduced below 50mg/Nm3 after desulfurization.
Process:
The coal gas containing H2S enter into desulfurization tower from the bottom and reacts with desulfurization barren solution which sprayed out from the top of tower in filler layer, then absorbs and removes H2S. The purified coal gas is discharged from the top of desulfurization tower transported to the workshop for use after the redundant moisture is removed off by spray catcher. After the solution sprayed out from the top of tower absorbing H2S, it flows into the rich solution tank for sulphur release, then being sent into the spraying regeneration tank through regeneration pump and react with air. After oxidation and regeneration, the solution will flow into the barren solution tank through liquid level regulator and be pumped into the desulfurization tower by desulfurization pump for constant desulfurization. Meanwhile, the sulfur foam which generated in spraying regeneration tank flowing into bubble pool and filtering out sulfur paste.
